Welcome

St. Martin’s-in-the-Field is a growing Episcopal parish in Severna Park, MD. We try to do what churches everywhere do – we worship God with all the joy and reverence we can gather; seek deeper faith in Jesus Christ; serve Christ in others, and welcome all who come through our doors. We invite people of all ages to join us as we pour out our love of music; study and question our tenets of faith; care for God’s creation and one anothe, here and across the world; and use all our varied resources and talents for the life and work in this place. Our hope is that all who enter our doors will find that we are a parish who loves God and all God’s created world, and who strives to model Christ’s ministry in our own, while working hard to unleash the power of the Holy Spirit in all we do.

We invite you to join us! Come to a service, allow us to know you. You can belong to St. Martin’s simply by showing up, worshiping with us, and participating in the life of the parish. In the process we hope that you will be open to the possibility that God loves you wildly and creates you for God’s own purpose…one you might even discover as you journey with us!
